Quality and quantity of every consignment are certified by independent inspection — SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas — at the load port. The standard document set comprises the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate as applicable, and the certificates of quality and weight.
