Terms of Trading
All business is transacted under Incoterms 2020 on the basis of a signed sale contract. Quantity, quality, packing, shipment period and settlement instrument are fixed in that contract; information published on this site is indicative and does not constitute an offer.
SGS Certification Protocols
Quality and weight of each consignment are certified at the load port by an independent inspection company — SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas. The sampling protocol and the appointed inspector are agreed by both parties before shipment, and the certificate issued at load port is final for settlement.
Privacy Policy
Details submitted through the enquiry forms are used solely to prepare and follow up your quotation. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shares no data with third parties. Write to the desk to have your details removed from our records.
Documentation Package
The standard set accompanying each shipment comprises the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary or health certificate as applicable, and the independent certificates of quality and weight.
